We would like to share some important updates regarding the Trustee Board of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Pension Plan. 

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the recent passing of our Trustee Chair, Stephen Allaker.
Stephen made a significant contribution to the Plan over many years, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude for his dedication, commitment and hard work. Stephen will be greatly missed, and our thoughts are with his family and friends.

We are pleased to confirm that our current Member-Nominated Directors, Mike Tobyn, Daphne Lucas-Lee and Ian Howells, have agreed to continue in their roles when their current terms of office expire at the end of this year.

In addition, following these changes, Mike has been appointed Chair of Trustee. We are delighted that Mike has agreed to take on this role.
