From time to time, the Trustee of the BMS Pension Plan use third-party suppliers to contact members of the Pension Plan. This may be because we have lost touch with you, if, for example, you have moved house. Alternatively, it may be because we are carrying out an audit of the addresses we hold on file (particularly if you live overseas).
We want to assure you that, if you receive correspondence from LexisNexis or Convera relating to your membership of the BMS Pension Plan, this is part of a genuine request that has come from the Trustee. LexisNexis® Risk Solutions (LexisNexis or LNRS) is a leader in providing essential information that helps customers across industries and government predict, assess, and manage risk. They have one of the world’s largest data repositories of public records and commercially available data gathered from a vast array of sources including, but not limited to, credit bureaus and independent providers.
If you do have any concerns about responding to the request, please do not hesitate to contact the administration team at bmspensionplan@wtwco.com to verify that the request is genuine.
It is important that you do not ignore these letters as the Trustee has to be able to contact you regarding your entitlement to benefits from the Plan. If you are in receipt of a pension, failure to respond may result in your pension being suspended.
